S.N.O.O.T.Y building is where the Robotics Scholarship Ball takes place. This ball is the main event of the episode "Noob-A-Rella".

In the above episode, Shope receives a ticket to this ball. The ticket says "High School Students Only" and Mrs. Shope explains that Shope is accidentally invited because her robot is so advanced that it runs some high school competitions.
In this ball, high school students make robots and dance with them.
After a virus attack, all robots (except Shope's) are destroyed, the building is damaged and everyone has escaped from the ball, before Memnock and Zenblock fix everything.
